MP Musana condemns Sectarianism

KAGADI

The Buyaga East MP Eric Musana has cautioned Christians to always avoid sectarian tendencies for the continuous development of their areas.

The legislator made the call on Monday at the commissioning of St. Bruno Kyebisoha Catholic Sub-Parish in Kabamba Sub-County Kagadi district.

Musana said at the time he came into politics, the district had been torn apart by religious and tribal conflicts, which he has succeeded to address through his visionary leadership of unity and service delivery.

Referring to President Museveni’s message of unity, Musana said for a society to develop, it requires a diverse of ethnic groups who bring in new ideas for economic growth, asserting that development does not segregate in tribes, religion and age.

The legislator advised the electorate in Buyaga East constituency not to rally behind politicians who are promoting divisionism and tribalism for self-gains.

Musana contributed 500,000 shillings cash to support development projects at the newly commissioned St. Bruno Kyebisoha Catholic Sub-Parish in Kabamba Sub-County.
