The Presidential Press Unit (PPU) has announced that President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, Commander-in-Chief of the Uganda People’s Defence Forces (UPDF), will deliver his end-of-year address to the nation on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at 8 p.m.
